Building Usage Request & Announcement Form

Please complete a request form at least 2 weeks or more prior to the requested event. Completion of the form does not mean automatic approval, however, you will be promptly notified following a review of the request by the trustees and pastoral leadership.

General Guidelines to Be Followed if Approved for Kitchen Usage: (1) Refrigerators and Freezers are not available for general use unless permission is given in advance by culinary director or designee. (2) Stove is not available for use unless permission is given by culinary director or designee. A culinary committee member must be present during use. (3) The use of kitchen supplies must be approved in advance by culinary director or designee.

1.) Rooms/areas that are used should be left in a clean and orderly condition.
2.) Upon leaving, lights and all equipment, etc. used during the event should be turned off.
3.) Dispose of all trash in trash can/receptacle. Remove sealed trash bag to designated area outside Fellowship Hall door.
4.) Any group using the kitchen area is responsible for cleaning and restoring the kitchen to its original condition after each use.
5.) Youth and children must have adequate adult supervision.
6.) Notify trustees of any property that has been damaged during the course of the event.
